3. drinks
beer, cocoa, berry juice and guiness.
4. nut and seed
peanut, sunflower seed and cashew.
5. others
fruit cake, pepper, popcorn, soybean cracker, chocolate and wheat germ.
Low oxalate food
1. vegetable
boiled cabbage and cauliflower, cucumber, chive, small radish, and green peas, and avocado, white potato.
2. fruits
cherries, canned pears and pineapple, watermelon, melon, mango, plum, banana.
3. drinks
Grape juice, milk, orange juice, lemonade, cola, apple juice, and cider, wine.
4. others
Fish, ham, Poultry, Boiled Rice, Salad Dressings, eggs, and lean meat like beef and pork.
