Question: Experiencing dull and sharp burning pains in my abdominal area due to PKD stage 5 kidney failure. My nephrologist did not offer any pain management options for me. It's the weekend and I'm afraid I will have to deal with the pain and go without sleep for the 4th day in a row. Tylenol does nothing to ease the pain. Any suggestions?
Answer: Undoubtedly, the abdominal pain is caused by the growing cysts. The cysts may be so big that they burst, which can cause infection, septicemia and acute kidney failure. In western countries, the conventional treatment for PKD is to control its symptoms, but it does nothing to improve kidney function, and it can not restrain the enlargement of cysts, either. Maybe you can try our Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy.
It can restrain the lining cells from secreting cyst fluid. It can also increase the pressure between cyst walls and its permeability so that fluid can flow out and be passed out of the sacs. Besides, it can improve ischemia and anoxia, prevent kidney fibrosis, repair damaged kidneys and so on. Many patients have benefited from our therapies. You can see the successful cases on our website.
If you can not bear the pain, maybe you should increase the dosage of painkillers, but pay attention to its kidney toxicity. Because I do not know the detailed information about your medical condition, I can not give you the accurate suggestion. If you do not mind, please send your medical test report to pkdtreatment169@gmail.com. Now what you should do is to try to control your state of illness as early as possible, or your kidneys may have to be removed and you have to live on dialysis or kidney transplant in the remaining years.
