Vitamin C can increase the absorption of iron, which can alleviate anemia in kidney disease. Vitamin C is contained in these foods, such as tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, jujube, watermelon, cucumber, watermelon, orange and kiwi fruit. If patients have poor appetite, vitamin C preparation is also effective.

4. More diuresis and detumescence food

The below have the properties of diuresis and detumescence:

Crucian carp, goat's milk, watermelon, winter melon, mung beans and little red bean.

Drinking Chinese medicine herbal tea like astragalus root and honeysuckle does good to strengthening body resistance.
